The grapes are sourced from a small family owned vineyard five miles from Windy Oaks Estate at the cooler, southernmost end of the Santa Cruz Mountains Appellation. Unlike other Sauvignon Blancs, ours is barrel aged in neutral French oak for over a year resulting in a rich, creamy texture.
