2021 Pommard, Estate Pinot Noir
Aged 27 months in a brand new French Oak barrel, 24 cases produced.
We planted the Pommard clone of Pinot Noir on a steep south-facing slope in 1996. For fermentationr of whole clusters on the bottom of the fermentation and destem whole berries on top. After an extra long maceration, the free-run wine is pressed into a brand new barrel from Tonnellerie Remond. Aged sur-lies for 27 months, unfiltered and unfined.
